For Licensed Plumbers and Drain Specialists on the Central Coast
If you’re a licensed plumber or drainage contractor working on the Central Coast and your CCTV camera is regularly showing pipe damage that needs structural relining — not just jetting — this page is for you.
Pipe relining is specialist work. The equipment is expensive, the liner products require trained handling, and the cure process is specific to manufacturer requirements. Most plumbing businesses don’t want to carry the capital, the training burden and the ongoing liner inventory for a service that might make up 10–20% of their job mix.
We do. And we want to work with you.
What We Offer Trade Partners
Reliable capacity for your clients. When your CCTV reveals root intrusion, cracked terracotta or a failing junction on a 1970s home in Gosford or Terrigal — you call us. We come in as your specialist subcontractor or as a referred specialist, depending on how you want to structure it.
Your client stays yours. We are a relining specialist, not a full plumbing service. We don’t compete with you on general plumbing work, blocked drain call-outs, hot water, or fixture work. Your client relationship is protected.
Fast turnaround. We understand that your client has an active drain problem. We aim to mobilise within 24 hours of a trade referral.
Written reports that back your diagnosis. If your CCTV has already identified the issue, we can review your footage and come straight to relining quote. We’ll provide a written scope and confirmation that your diagnosis aligns with what we see — giving you documentation for your client.
What We’re Looking For in Partners
We work best with:
- Licensed plumbers (drainer’s licence or full plumbing licence) operating on the Central Coast
- Drain specialists with CCTV capability who regularly diagnose structural pipe damage
- Plumbing businesses that do blocked drain call-outs and want a trusted referral for the follow-on relining work
- CIPP liner experience preferred — if you’ve done relining before and want capacity support rather than full subcontracting, we can discuss that too
- Emergency response capacity — partners who can call us in urgently when a client’s drain situation is acute
We are particularly interested in partners in the Terrigal / Forresters Beach / Avoca Beach corridor (south-east of Gosford), where we see strong demand and want to grow service density.
The Central Coast Opportunity
The Central Coast LGA has an ageing housing stock problem that is generating substantial pipe relining demand — and it will for another 20 years as 1960s-80s homes continue to age. Estimates from the national pipe relining industry suggest that one in four homes built before 1985 will need some form of structural drain repair within the next decade.
That is a significant volume of work. A trade referral relationship with us costs you nothing and gives your clients access to a specialist service that keeps them coming back to you as their trusted first call.
How to Start a Conversation
Call or email us to discuss how a referral arrangement might work. We’re happy to talk through:
- How we structure referral fees or subcontract arrangements
- Our liner products, cure methods and warranty documentation
- How we handle client communication when working as your subcontractor
- What a typical job handover looks like from your first call to our completed report

FAQs for Trade Partners
Q: Do you pay referral fees? We discuss referral arrangements on a case-by-case basis depending on the relationship structure and volume. Contact us to talk specifics.
Q: Can I be present during the relining work? Absolutely — many trade partners prefer to be on-site for the first few jobs to understand our process and be confident in what they’re recommending to their clients.
Q: What if the pipe can’t be relined? We’ll give you and your client a straight answer. If excavation is required, we’ll say so clearly and can refer the client back to you for the replacement works.
Q: Do you carry your own public liability insurance? Yes. We carry $20M public liability cover and all required insurances for specialist pipe relining works in NSW.
Q: What’s your minimum job size for subcontract work? We work on everything from a single point repair to a full-length residential reline. There’s no minimum job size for trade referrals.
