What Happens Next

  1. We call you back — usually within the hour during business hours, same morning for early enquiries
  2. We discuss your situation — what’s happening, the age of your property, what your plumber has told you (if anything)
  3. We schedule a CCTV inspection — this is always the first step before any relining quote. It takes 45–90 minutes and gives us (and you) the full picture.
  4. You receive a written quote — scope, pipe length to be relined, liner specification, total cost, warranty. No surprises.
  5. You decide — no pressure, no hard sell. The CCTV report is yours regardless.

Emergency Blocked Drain Response

If sewage is backing up into your home, overflowing outside, or you can smell sewer gas — this is an emergency. Call us. We aim to be on-site within a few hours for genuine emergencies.

Signs that need same-day attention:

  • Sewage backing up through floor waste or shower drain
  • Multiple fixtures draining slowly at the same time (toilet, basin, shower)
  • Gurgling sounds from drains when flushing
  • Wet patch in garden above sewer line
  • Sewage smell inside or outside the property

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How much will it cost before I even speak to you? We give indicative pricing ranges on the phone based on your suburb, property type and what you’ve described. Our cost guide covers typical Central Coast pricing. A firm quote requires a CCTV inspection — we can’t quote a pipe we haven’t seen.

Q: Do you charge for the initial CCTV inspection? CCTV inspection is $250–$500 as a standalone service. When you proceed with relining on the same visit, this fee is typically credited against the relining job. We’ll confirm this arrangement before starting.

Q: Can I get a rough price over the phone? Yes. For a 1970s Central Coast home with a standard 10–12 metre sewer line from the bathroom stack to the boundary, budget $5,500–$7,500 all-in. This is a starting point — your actual quote may be lower or higher depending on what the camera shows.

Q: What if my pipe needs replacement rather than relining? We’ll tell you. Not every pipe can be relined — fully collapsed sections, extreme offset joints, and some access situations require traditional excavation. If that’s the case, we’ll give you an honest assessment and can refer you to a local plumber for the replacement works.

Q: Do you work on stormwater pipes as well as sewer? Yes. Stormwater pipe relining is separate from sewer relining and has different regulatory requirements. Read more about stormwater vs sewer relining →
